By accessing or purchasing from Roots of the Window Box, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your use of the site and your purchase of original artwork by Jeanine Siebold.

1. Original Artwork

All pieces are original, handcrafted, and executed by Jeanine Siebold using historic calligraphy and sacred imagery. Each work is unique; therefore, minor variations in ink texture, line detail, or framing are intentional and part of the creative process.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the one-of-a-kind and artistic nature of each piece:

• All sales are final.

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued unless the item arrives damaged.

3. Damage During Shipping

If your piece arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@RootsOfTheWindowBox.com

• Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging
  We will assist you in filing a shipping insurance claim. Because each piece is original, replacement may not be possible.

4. Shipping & Handling

Shipping is handled via UPS Fine Art or similar services. Fees include packaging materials (box, foam, protection) and are listed at checkout. We take every precaution to ship art safely and securely.

5. Copyright & Usage

All images, descriptions, and artwork are the intellectual property of Jeanine Siebold.
Purchasing a piece does not grant reproduction rights. You may not scan, photograph, reproduce, sell, or distribute the artwork or any images of it without express written consent.
