RETURN POLICY ORIGINALS:

Jeanine walks with her clients personally with their desired piece and keeps communication open. She’s never had a question regarding return and clients usually want her artistic license to have its freedom due to their level of trust.

RETURN POLICY PRINTS:

Prints of originals run anywhere from $75.00 - $95.00 + Tax and Shipping. All prints are done on Hahnemuele Paper from Germany (similar to canvas) or Moab which is 100% Cotton.

If there would ever be damage in shipping to a print, Jeanine would replace the print upon evidence. An e-mail to eagle1peace@comcast.net explaining the issue, plus a photograph of the damaged work would be adequate. She insures her works upon order to UPS, and no issue has ever arisen.
